MY jOURNEY
Hi, I am Tanja (pronounced tan-yuh) Casey.
In 2012, I was introduced to a business operating system and I loved the structure and roadmap it brought to the company I was working for at that time. With a passion for systems and processes, I embraced what I learned and quickly applied the principles and tools in multiple roles including fractional COO/Integrator/2nd in Command -running the day-to-day operations of small to mid-size companies. I found great satisfaction in seeing a company operate efficiently and effectively - when all trains run on time, obstacles are removed, and teams are fully aligned and engaged.
Over time, I uncovered a deeper calling: coaching and guiding business owners and their leadership teams in using proven business operating systems and tools to manage and grow their companies more effectively. I have had the privilige to work with industry leaders and brilliant entrepreneurs for more than 20 years - and many have called me their "trusted advisor." In 2023, God put on my heart to integrate His Word into my desire to help entrepreneurs achieve clarity and growth. Step by step, God led me to develop a business operating system rooted in Biblical principles - and Clarity Through ChristTM was born.
