1.How long does it take to implement the Christian Business Operating System into our company?
It really depends on how many stystems and tools you already implemented and are using as well as the complexity of your team. If this is all new to you and your team, you can typically get the foundational Modules implemented in 60 to 90 days. To become experts in using the tools properly and if you have a larger team with Directors and Managers - it may take 1 year to be completely up and running.
2. How already know most of the tools that a business operating system suggests we should use. Can we implement the Christian Business Operating System in 3 - 4 weeks?
